Ingredients:
(A)
250 g butter
200 g castor sugar
(B)
4 eggs
(C)
200 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
(D)
2 tbsps chocolate powder
5 tbsps hot water
Method:
1. Mix (C) and divide into 2 portions.
2. Beat (A) until creamy, add (B) and beat until fluffy, stir in one portion of (C)
3. Mix (D) and the other portion of (C). Put into a bowl of batter. Pour 2 different types of batter into 8" tray and stir evenly.
4. Put in oven and bake at 180'c for 45 minutes.
